The Department of Revenue urges Philadelphia residents with unpaid water bills to pay their bill or enter into a payment agreement before March 31. Beginning April 3, residents with past due bills of $75 or more and are past due for two or more billing periods, may have their water service shut-off.
To set up a payment agreement, call the Water Revenue Department at 215-686-6880 or visit the Concourse Level at MSB, 1401 JFK Blvd. The Department of Revenue/Water Revenue Bureau has expanded their hours to 7 p.m. Monday – Thursday, and from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Saturday. Friday hours are 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. These hours are in effect until April 18.
