Lobbying

The Board of Ethics is responsible for administration and enforcement of the City’s Lobbying Law, found at Chapter 20-1200 of the Philadelphia Code and Board Regulation 9. Under the Lobbying Law, individuals and organizations who spend money to influence City legislative or administrative action may be required to register with the Board of Ethics and file quarterly lobbying expense reports.
