The City has released a report on the progress of the Philadelphia2035 comprehensive plan. The report highlights projects that advance the plan, like updates to FDR Park, the Delaware River Trail, and the Broad, Germantown and Erie safety improvements and redesign. Implementation updates for each Planning District are available here, too.

Philadelphia 2035 was adopted as the City’s comprehensive plan in 2011. In the years since, the plan has guided the remapping of more than 44% of city land to make sure the zoning matches existing uses and point the way for future projects.
