PEACE is a City-led program to help older vulnerable adults access safe, sustainable housing with the appropriate level of care.

The program is designed for older Philadelphians with histories of homelessness and disabilities who are currently living in City-supported temporary housing, to help them find and move into sustainable housing with the support they need to age safely and improve their quality of life. Housing opportunities include community options, personal care homes, and skilled nursing facilities.
