A presentation was provided on the updates related to the installation of new and relocated manufactured homes, the industrialized housing program, and the newly implemented industrialized commercial buildings program.   The topics covered during this information session include:

• Understanding how the PA UCC exemption is applied to each structure.
• What documentation is required for the Building Permit application and the Certificate of Occupancy.
• Understanding how to perform inspections on site.
• Understanding the differences between the types of “off-site” constructed structures.
