Falls Bridge rehabilitation project

The Falls Bridge crosses over the Schuylkill River to connect Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive and Kelly Drive.

This Department of Streets rehabilitation project will:

  • Repair and replace parts of the Falls Bridge.
  • Ensure the bridge meets design standards.
  • Extend the life of the bridge.
  • Preserve historic aesthetics of the bridge.

The bridge will be closed to motorists, cyclists, and pedestrians while the Streets Department makes repairs.
