The Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC) has developed a simple Developers Checklist. Using this list will help a person who is seeking a zoning permit and needs a site plan. The list includes the basic information necessary for the City to review a site plan.  May of these items must be prepared by a  architect or engineer, but this list can serve as a starting point for site plan preparation.
