This report analyzes the sources and impacts of carbon emissions in Philadelphia. It proposes policy changes to achieve an 80 percent reduction in emissions by the year 2050 (“80 by 50”). Prepared by Drexel University for the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability, the report was originally published in November 2015 and revised in January 2016.
