What we do
The Plumbing Advisory Board:
- Reviews appeals related to the Philadelphia Plumbing Code.
- Makes recommendations on regulations and standards to the commissioner of the Department of Licenses and Inspections (L&I).
- Reviews products and materials not currently listed in the Philadelphia Plumbing Code.

eCLIPSE will be out of service starting Friday, January 16th
eCLIPSE will be out of service from Friday, January 16th, at 5:00 p.m. through Monday, January 19th, due to a scheduled system upgrade.
Accelerated permit applications filed between January 12 and January 16 may require up to seven (7) business days for review as a result of the system outage.
No interruption to service during normal business hours is anticipated.
