Great news, Philadelphia! Christmas Village is back, spreading festive cheer in LOVE Park from November 22 through December 24, 2025! This beloved open-air holiday market transforms the heart of the city with charming wooden huts offering ornaments, handmade gifts, artisanal treats, jewelry, and one-of-a-kind crafts.
Did you know? The Philadelphia Department of Commerce, in partnership with Philadelphia Parks & Recreation provides funding for select nonprofit organizations to help low-to-moderate-income and emerging Philadelphia-based vendors participate in Christmas Village, many for the first time.
This Christmas Village Market grant program, administered by the Department of Commerce, led to successful holiday sales for participating vendors, and some even expanded by opening a storefront in Philadelphia such as Cafe Duskaia, Amy’s Pastelillos, and Global Craft Market.
Grant program logistics
Now in its sixth-year grant cycle, we’re pleased to support more vendors! The selected organizations to support participating vendors this year are:
- The Welcoming Center (Immigrant Marche)
- Walls for Justice
- The Association of Mexican Business Owners of Philadelphia
These organizations are providing end-to-end support, including:
- Booth setup and furnishings
- Scheduling assistance
- Language support
- Weekly inventory tracking and more.
With this hands-on guidance, vendors are well supported to serve thousands of holiday shoppers and grow their businesses.
