9AM Mayor Kenney to Join the Free Library of Philadelphia to Announce Six-Day Library ServiceThe Mayor will join Council President Clarke, the Free Library of Philadelphia, the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation Board, and elected officials to celebrate the first wave of libraries that will be providing Saturday hours beginning November 18 and additional libraries that will shift to six-day service over the coming months.
