9:30AM Mayor Kenney to Speak at the Penn’s Landing I-95 Cap Park Groundbreaking Ceremony
The Mayor will join Governor Shapiro, PennDOT, project funders, and fellow elected officials to break ground on a new $329 million park at Penn’s Landing.
