Broad St., Philadelphia, PA. 1PM Mayor Kenney to Announce Installation of New “Safe Play Zone” Security Cameras The Mayor, Council President Darrell L. Clarke and Managing Director Tumar Alexander will join officials from Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and the Philadelphia Police Department to announce the installation of over 100 security cameras to create “safe play zones” near city recreation centers.Location: Marie Dendy Recreation Center, 1555 N. 10th St. (at Oxford St.), Philadelphia, PA.
