5:30PM Mayor Kenney to Celebrate 50th Anniversary of John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge at Tinicum
The Mayor will join Refuge staff, the family of James Carroll, the Friends of Heinz Refuge, Congresswoman Mary Gay Scanlon and community members in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of America’s First Urban Refuge.
