10AM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Annual Celebration of the Life of Octavius V. Catto
The Mayor will join the African Episcopal Church of St. Thomas for the annual Mass in celebration of Octavius V. Catto’s life. This year, it is also the observance of the 150th Anniversary of his Assassination.
