During the pandemic, our residents have needed city resources and information like never before. In response, the Philly311 team is increasing its COVID-19 responseTo do this, we need your help! We are currently hiring for the following temporary positions: 

For a duration of 12 months, these roles would be geared towards assisting residents with information related to the COVID-19 vaccine and the fourth phase of the Emergency Rental Assistance program which is not yet open for applications. Customer service work would be done on an assigned or rotating shift under the supervision of a team lead. Philly311 is currently working remotely and will issue a mobile phone and laptop to all new employees upon hiring. These positions include health benefits.
