PHILADELPHIA – The City of Philadelphia has released the names of those who received tickets to the Mayor’s Box in 2019 and through March of 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic led to a prohibition on large gatherings.

During this period, 3,757 tickets were distributed for events at the Wells Fargo Center, Citizens Bank Park, Lincoln Financial Field, the Dell Music Center and the Mann Music Center. 1,538 (40.9%) of the tickets went to individuals or groups representing recreation centers, nonprofits, schools, youth, and other community groups.

In total, $209,607 was raised during this period to benefit the non-profit Fund for the School District of Philadelphia. This includes $100,00 through an agreement with the Philadelphia Eagles. The agreement allows the City to sub-license tickets for Eagles games and concerts at Lincoln Financial Field for the benefit of a non-profit organization. $109,607 was also generated from an agreement announced in December of 2016, with the Wells Fargo Center.
