There’s still time to sign up for an out-of-school time (OST) summer program! The Office of Children and Families (OCF) wants to make sure Philadelphia children have the opportunity to keep growing and learning this summer. OCF’s free OST summer programs will focus on literacy, the arts, physical activity, and social/emotional health.
