10AM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Building Tune-Up Bill Signing
The Mayor will join Councilmember Reynolds-Brown and the Office of Sustainability at this bill signing for two pieces of legislation that will further the city’s action on climate change. An update on Philadelphia’s Energy Benchmarking Program will also be released.
