12PM Mayor Kenney to Attend “Dress Down Day” Pep Rally
The Mayor will join Superintendent Dr. Hite at the “Dress Down Day” pop-up shop in LOVE Park for a pep rally to promote Dress Down Day t-shirt sales. Proceeds from shirt sales benefit Philadelphia public schools.
