2PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Soccer Pitch Announcement
The Mayor will join the Philadelphia Union and the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association (EPYSA) at this event to announce a new partnership to invest in soccer fields and mini-pitches in parks across the city.
