11:30AM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Philly Keystone Scholars Launch
The Mayor will deliver remarks at this press conference to announce the expansion of Keystone Scholars into Philadelphia. Keystone Scholars is a state program which helps families invest in post-secondary education for their children. This event is held at Prodigy Learning Center, a program participating in PHLpreK, the City of Philadelphia’s quality pre-K initiative.
