    Center of Excellence works closely with City Departments and Agencies to leverage good work across the city, enhance the capabilities of City Workers, and improve the quality of City Services.

    The Innovation Lab is a key piece of the City of Philadelphia’s overall plan to build an infrastructure of innovation within municipal government.

About the Managing Director's Office

The Managing Director is the Cabinet-level executive who directly supervises several of the City's operating departments. With the aid of five Deputy Mayors and their support staff, the Managing Director's Office (MDO) provides oversight, support and assistance to these departments.
