    PhillyStat is the City of Philadelphia's performance management program, which measures how departments are working and progress towards achieving the Mayor's strategic goals.

    PhillyRising targets neighborhoods throughout Philadelphia that are plagued by chronic crime and quality of life concerns, and establishes partnerships with community members to address these issues.

  • Philly 311

    Philly311 will help eliminate the need to sort through the 500 phone numbers and hotlines available to contact the City government. You can always call 3-1-1 and a customer services specialist will connect you to the information and services you need.

  • Special Events

    The Office of Special Events coordinates the production of films, commercials, parades, festivals, concerts, and many other special events.

  • Center of Excellence

    Center of Excellence works closely with City Departments and Agencies to leverage good work across the city, enhance the capabilities of City Workers, and improve the quality of City Services.

About the Managing Director's Office

The Managing Director is the Cabinet-level executive who directly supervises several of the City's operating departments. With the aid of five Deputy Mayors and their support staff, the Managing Director's Office (MDO) provides oversight, support and assistance to these departments.
