Be sure to check and replace your furnace filter, as it may be dirty from long use during the winter months.  A dirty filter can decrease your heater or cooling unit's efficiency and can cause fires. Also be sure to clean any dust from the covers of smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in your home or office.
