Join the City of Philadelphia’s Landlord Gateway for our Fall Landlord 101 Education Series! This year, all sessions will be held via Zoom.
Attendees will learn about zoning, licensing, housing incentives, property maintenance, and more—directly from City experts. Each session will include a short presentation from one of the Office of Homeless Services housing directors, offering an inside look at its programs and how they support housing stability across Philadelphia.
