The Mayor will speak and present an award at the annual awards luncheon which recognizes the athletes, teams, individuals and organizations that have done the most to reflect credit upon Philadelphia, and their team or sport.

1:30 PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Hurricane Harvey Press Conference
