The Mayor, council members and other officials will announce three promising programs that can serve as a model for providing viable careers in the building trades for women and minorities. The Mayor will be joined by Councilwoman Blackwell, Jerry Sweeney of the Brandywine Realty Trust, representatives from Penn Medicine and members of the building trades.

7:00 PM Mayor Kenney to Attend Inaugural Muhibbah Dinner
The Mayor will speak about the importance of supporting refugees and immigrants at this inaugural fundraiser for HIAS PA. The dinner will consist of family-style meals prepared by six chefs of different immigrant backgrounds celebrating our diversity through food and culture.
