The 33^rd Annual Alliance of Community Service Providers Breakfast will bring together over 600 people in the human services field to honor their hard work and dedication on behalf of City residents. The Mayor will provide remarks and present librarian Judith Moore of the Free Library of Philadelphia’s McPherson branch with the Alliance Humanitarian Award for her work in helping to address the opioid epidemic.
