The Mayor, Deputy Managing Director Clarena Tolson, and Councilman Bobby Henon will unveil the City’s first two-way parking protected bike lane located at Ryan Avenue, adjacent to Abraham Lincoln High School and Austin Meehan Middle School

10:30 AM Mayor Kenney to Attend Reception for Mongolian President Tsakhiagiin Elbegdorj
The Mayor and Governor Tom Wolf will host an official welcome ceremony for President Elbegdorj of Mongolia upon his arrival in Philadelphia. The President is here at the invitation of The Philadelphia Orchestra in advance of their 2017 tour of Asia that will include Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. A luncheon and concert at the Kimmel Center will follow.

5:00 PM Mayor Kenney to Attend Grand Opening of Tucker Police Athletic League Center
The Mayor and Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell will speak at the grand opening of West Philadelphia’s latest Police Athletic League Center. This center was made possible by partnerships with Elwyn Human Services and the University of Pennsylvania.
