Philadelphia – Philadelphia Parks and Recreation Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell, along with Councilwoman Cindy Bass, the Mural Arts Program and community members, will celebrate recent improvements made at Wister Playground and Recreation Center.

VISUALS: City Officials and community members will dedicate improvements to the playground, including a mural designed by artist Willis Humphrey. Parks & Recreation campers will be there to enjoy the new play and spray equipment.
