PHILADELPHIA – Tomorrow, the City of Philadelphia and the Salvation Army will clean up HOPE park, as well as nearby vacant lots and building exteriors.   The clean-up is a part of “El Barrio es Nuestro” initiative, which was formed by community members and groups in response to the rising opioid epidemic in the neighborhood.
