Philadelphia – Mayor Jim Kenney, Councilman Curtis Jones, Jr., Philadelphia Parks and Recreation (PPR) Commissioner Kathryn Ott Lovell and Rebuild Executive Director Nicole Westerman will tour Tustin Playground to highlight the need for Rebuild investment in parks, recreation centers and libraries across the City.  During the tour, Mayor Kenney and Councilman Jones will see the facility, visit the after school and baseball programs, and hear from community members about the facility.
