Advisory: City Holds Media Avail on Convention Preparations

WHAT: The City will host a media availability at the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on preparations for the Convention. The Mayor will make brief remarks at the start.

First Deputy Managing Director Brian Abernathy

WHEN: 12:30PM on Sunday, July 24, 2016. Please arrive between 12:00-12:15PM. All media will be asked to leave the EOC by 1:15PM in order to minimize the interruption to operations.

WHERE: 240 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. You will be met by staff outside and escorted to the avail. Street parking north of Brown Street is free.
