Files of Tom Knox, Deputy Mayor, office of Management and Productivity, includes responses to City's request for proposal for managed care program, worker's compensation program and injured on duty program by various corporations; budget hearing schedules, appropriation changes in various city council bills, Fiscal Year 1993 midyear transfer ordinance testimony, Fiscal Year 1994 budget testimony, chronological files, building lease information, correspondence with various city departments and agencies; correspondence with non governmental agencies including law firms, PICA museums, insurance companies, data processing companies and building management companies; contracts, resumes and job applications, plans, invoices. Files deal with matters concerning union negotiations, workmen's compensation, recycling, outsourcing, purchase of equipment and supplies for various city departments, privatization, pharmacies and drug supplies, pension issues, parking lots and garages, parking authority fees, copies of correspondence between various city departments and agenices and non governmental agencies sent to Mr. Knox. The files also include contracts and agreements which predate the establishment of the office, but were in effect during this time period and reports issued by the Rendell 91 Campaign Committee which made suggestions which were to be carried out by this office.
