The City of Philadelphia has launched a street improvement study on Rising Sun Avenue between Olney Avenue and Saint Vincent Street.
A portion of Rising Sun Avenue is on the City’s High Injury Network, the 12% of streets where most fatal and serious injury crashes occur. The study will identify opportunities to improve traffic safety while maintaining the street in good condition.
