The Philadelphia Fire Department (PFD) and the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) have released after-action reports on a fatal fire on Colorado Street that occurred on Jan. 6, 2018. The PFD also released a statement on the fire, which killed the home’s occupant and a PFD member.
