The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is partnering with the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC), a nonprofit organization, to solicit proposals from qualified home health agencies to help provide the support and/or services needed to ensure successful isolation and quarantine for people with or exposed to COVID-19.
