The Office of Public Safety fosters safer communities through strategic funding and partnerships with community organizations.
Since 2021, the Office of Public Safety (OPS) has awarded over $60,307,036 in funding to community-based organizations across Philadelphia.
These investments reflect the City and Mayor Parker’s commitment to building cleaner, greener, and safer neighborhoods by supporting local, neighborhood-led solutions that restore well-being and advance healing across all neighborhoods in Philadelphia.
Our two flagship funding initiatives—the Anti-Violence Community Partnership Grants and the Opioid Community Healing Fund—support local leaders and organizations working directly in neighborhoods to create meaningful, place-based change.
We are currently developing a searchable directory to provide additional information about the organizations funded through these initiatives and the communities they support.
At this time, OPS does not have any active Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs).
