The scheduling office will respond to all requests within 7-14 days. If the scheduling office e-mails you requesting more details for your event, please allow another 7 days for a response to your request.

Due to executive order 3-11 (Prohibition of Acceptance of Gifts by City Officers and Employees), the Mayor is unable to accept any gifts at events. Please do not present the Mayor or her staff with any items of value.
