Mayor Parker will participate in the unveiling and dedication of D.L. Warfield’s AmericanFlagRemix® artwork honoring the City of Philadelphia.

Commemorating America’s 250th anniversary, the collaborative installation celebrates community engagement through a partnership among the artist, PECO employees, and Central High School students.
