Turn the Key Affordable Homeownership Development Announcement in the 8th Council District

The Mayor will join the Philadelphia Land Bank, the Philadelphia Housing Development Corporation (PHDC), and partners to announce the first Turn the Key (TTK) development in the 8th Council District.
The initiative, part of Mayor Parker’s H.O.M.E. plan, creates affordable homeownership opportunities for income-qualified first-time buyers through newly constructed homes and financial assistance for down payments and mortgage costs.

Second Annual Commencement for City College for Municipal Employment

The Mayor, City officials, Community College of Philadelphia President Dr. Alycia Marshall, the School District of Philadelphia, and workforce partners will gather for the second annual City College for Municipal Employment (CCME) Completion Ceremony.
The ceremony will recognize Philadelphians who completed the CCME programs designed to prepare residents and City employees for meaningful careers, municipal employment, and long-term economic opportunity.
