The Mayor will honor students whose service projects were selected as winners in the Third Annual Philly Service Award Impact Ceremony.
The event highlights student-led projects that improved communities across Philadelphia and celebrates their efforts to make a positive difference in their schools and neighborhoods.

Mayor Parker to Unveil 1-76 Mural as Part of Gateway Beautification Project

Location: Fairmount Water Works, 640 Waterworks Drive, Philadelphia, PA
The Mayor will join city, state, nonprofit, and private partners to unveil the new 1-76 mural as part of the Gateways to Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti & Highway Beautification initiative. The project will improve landscaping and visual upgrades along key entry points from the airport and 30th Street Station into Center City.
These improvements are part of a broader effort to enhance the city’s appearance ahead of the nation’s 250th anniversary celebrations.
