Mayor Parker to Join Annual Wreath-Laying Ceremony at All Wars Memorial to Colored Soldiers and Sailors

The Mayor will join veterans and community members for the annual wreath-laying ceremony honoring Soldiers and Sailors who died in service to the nation. The event continues a longstanding tradition at the All Wars Memorial to Colored Soldiers and Sailors Monument in Logan Circle.
