Mayor Parker to to Join City Officials, Community Members and SkatePhilly to Celebrate Reopening of Thomas Paine Plaza

The City’s well-known Thomas Paine Plaza that surrounds the Municipal Services Building is officially reopening with a ribbon-cutting and spring celebration following an $18-million renovation that restores and reimagines one of Philadelphia’s most prominent civic spaces in the heart of Center City.
