The Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant returns to Market East. An opening date has not yet been shared. The Philadelphia Business Journal’s Emma Dooling reported:
The brewery concept will be revived with “thoughtful upgrades” in its previous home at 1150 Market St., according to Patrick Reilley, senior director of asset management at National Real Estate Advisors, the owner of the building. The Iron Hill location opened in September 2018 as part of National Real Estate Advisors’ $1 billion East Market development between 11th and 12th streets and Market and Chestnut streets near the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
“Iron Hill has been a long-standing part of East Market, and we’re pleased to bring them back to the community,” Reilley said in an emailed statement to the Business Journal.

Iron Hill’s reopening will be a boost to a stretch of storefront along the struggling Market East corridor, which city and local business leaders are working to reimagine and revitalize. The restaurant spans roughly 8,500 square feet and seats around 250 people.
