Mayor Parker to Join City Officials in Groundbreaking Ceremony for Playground in Germantown

Mayor Parker will join the Capital Program Office, Philadelphia Parks & Rec and Councilmember Cindy Bass to break ground at Happy Hollow Playground. The $8.6 million investment is a Rebuild project.
