The City of Philadelphia’s Landlord Gateway’s “Landlord 101” training series returns this fall as a free webinar series.

“Landlord 101” connects current and future landlords or property managers with City departments, resources, and expert guidance to help them successfully navigate Philadelphia’s rental landscape.

What to expect

Attendees will learn about zoning, licensing, housing incentives, property maintenance, and more — directly from City experts. Each session will include a short presentation from one of the Office of Homeless Services housing directors, offering an inside look at its programs and how they support housing stability across Philadelphia.
