This lively gathering place welcomes locals and visitors to:

- Dine at a selection of food trucks and the Libertee Grounds pop-up kitchen.
- Play a round of all-ages mini golf.
- Join group wellness and fitness activities.
- Enjoy cultural performances and live music.
- Have fun with lawn games and children’s play areas.
- Watch movies under the stars.
- Take part in youth sports events.
- Explore marketplaces and family festivals on select Saturdays and Sundays.
The Oval is open Wednesdays through Sundays, from June 18 through September 14. Hours vary depending on the day of the week:
- Wednesdays: 4–9 p.m.
- Thursdays: 4–9 p.m.
- Fridays: 4–11 p.m.
- Saturdays: 12–11 p.m.
- Sundays: 12–9 p.m.
All programs are outdoors and may be cancelled during inclement weather. Check the calendar of events and The Oval’s Instagram for the most up-to-date information.

Parkway Presents
The Parkway Council presents a series of cultural performances at the Oval.
All performances start at 6:30 p.m. on the main stage.
July 25—Watch traditional Filipiono dances with Mutya Philippine Dance Company.
August 8—Enjoy a night of Japanese Taiko drumming and Modern dance with Casual Fifth Taiko Dance and Drumming.
August 15—Experience the sounds of an 8-piece Cumbia Klezmer Punk band with Mariposa Galacticas.
August 22—Get down with the genre-bending orchestra with Philly Pops.
Friday Night Movies
After the sun sets, the Oval is your summer outdoor movie theater! Every Friday night, grab a spot on the Oval lawn under the stars for free screenings of fan favorites. Seating is not provided, so be sure to bring your own chair or blanket.

Beer Garden and Mini Golf
This summer Eakins Oval will feature an outdoor putt course, pop-up restaurant, and beer garden. Sponsored by Libertee Grounds. The restaurant, bar, and 18-hole indoor mini golf course, will also offer food and drink from their menu:
- Asian inspired smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more.
- Beer, wine, and other spirits.
- Non-alcoholic drinks.
All Oval programs are weather permitting. Changes or cancellations will be announced on Instagram.
