11:30AM Mayor Parker to Join the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for an Announcement about Homeownership Assistance
The mayor will join Matthew Heckles, Regional Administrator for HUD Region III, Julia Gordon, Assistant Secretary for the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), and other elected officials to announce the rebirth of a program providing homeowners greater flexibility in home financing and rehabilitation options.

2:30PM Mayor Parker to Attend a Ribbon Cutting with Philadelphia Youth Basketball
