The mayor will join the Philadelphia Fire Department at a press conference and ceremony placing Ladder 11 back in service after a 15-year hiatus.

12PM Mayor Parker to Speak at Philly Spring Cleanup Event
The mayor will join Councilmember Curtis Jones, Jr., the Office of Clean & Green, Lancaster Avenue 21 CDC, and other City Departments at a press conference to celebrate and acknowledge the 17th Annual Philly Spring Cleanup.
